This Privacy Policy explains what information ReachZoo collects when you visit reachzoo.com or order from us, how we use it, and the choices you have. It should be read together with our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

We keep this simple: we only collect what we need to deliver your order and support you, and we never ask for your Instagram password.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us when you order or contact us:

• your Instagram username, or the link to the post or Reel you want promoted;
• your email address;
• order details such as the package, quantity, price, date, and any notes you send;
• the messages you send us by email or WhatsApp.

Payment information: payments are currently made through PayPal after we confirm your order by email. PayPal processes the payment, and we do not receive or store your card or bank details. We keep a record of the payment status, the amount and the transaction reference.

Technical information: like most websites, our hosting server records basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used for security and to keep the site running.

We do not collect your Instagram password, and we do not need access to your account.

2. How we use your information

• to confirm, process and deliver your order and any refill;
• to send receipts, order updates and replies to your questions;
• to handle refund requests and payment disputes;
• to prevent fraud and keep the website secure;
• to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

3. Legal basis

Where data protection laws such as the GDPR apply, we process your information because it is needed to perform our agreement with you (delivering your order), because we have a legitimate interest in running and protecting our service, or because the law requires it. If we ever rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

4. Sharing your information

We share information only when it is needed to provide the service:

• Payment processing: PayPal handles payments under its own privacy policy.
• Order fulfilment: delivering an order uses only the public username or post link and the quantity ordered. Your email address and payment details are never used or shared for this.
• Service providers: our website host and email provider store data on our behalf.
• Legal reasons: when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or prevent fraud.

5. Cookies

reachzoo.com does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run analytics tools at this time. The site may set small technical cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers and shares your IP address with them. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.

If we add analytics or other cookies in the future, we will update this policy first.

6. How long we keep data

We keep order and payment records for as long as needed to deliver your order, honour refills and refunds, and meet tax and accounting rules. Support emails are kept while your request is open and for a reasonable period afterwards. Server logs are kept for a short time for security. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including an encrypted HTTPS connection across the site. Since we never ask for your Instagram password, it can never be exposed through us. No online service can promise perfect security, so please email us straight away if you think something is wrong.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
• correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
• ask us to delete your information, unless we must keep it by law;
• object to or restrict certain uses of it;
• receive your data in a portable format;
• complain to your local data protection authority.

To use any of these rights, email hello@reachzoo.com from the address you used to order. We will reply within 30 days.

9. Children

Our services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us their details, contact us and we will delete them.

10. International transfers

Our service providers may process data in countries other than yours. When that happens, we rely on providers that offer appropriate safeguards for your information.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our service changes, for example when card checkout goes live. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will make it clear on this page.
