These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) set out the rules for using reachzoo.com and for buying any ReachZoo package. Please read them before you place an order. Our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy are part of these Terms.
In these Terms, “ReachZoo”, “we” and “us” mean the operator of reachzoo.com, and “you” means the person visiting the site or placing an order.
By browsing reachzoo.com, contacting us about an order, or paying for a package, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the site or our services. Questions are always welcome at hello@reachzoo.com before you buy.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you are allowed to enter into this agreement and that you own the Instagram account you are ordering for, or have the owner’s permission to promote it.
ReachZoo sells social media promotion packages for public Instagram profiles and posts:
Package sizes, prices and features are listed on each service page. We may add, change or retire packages at any time; the description shown when you order is the one that applies to that order.
ReachZoo is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Instagram is a trademark of its owner and is mentioned only to describe what our services work with.
To order, you choose a package and give us your Instagram username or the link to the post you want promoted, plus an email address for your receipt. We never ask for your Instagram password, and you should never share it with anyone who claims to be from ReachZoo.
For now, every order is confirmed by email. We reply with the payment details, and PayPal is accepted. Your order is placed once we have confirmed it and received your payment. Prices are shown in US dollars. If a payment is reversed or turns out to be invalid, we may pause or cancel the order.

You are responsible for how you use your Instagram account. Instagram can change its features or policies at any time, and we cannot control what it does with any account.
Delivery starts within minutes of a confirmed order and payment. Most orders are completed within 24 hours, and larger packages are spread out over a longer period so growth looks gradual. Timings are estimates, not guarantees. Things outside our control, such as platform changes, can slow delivery down.
If an order cannot start because the profile is private, the link is wrong, or the username has changed, we will contact you by email to fix the details. If nothing has arrived after 24 hours, please email us and we will check the order.
Some numbers may drop over time. To cover this, our packages include a free refill:
A refill tops your order back up to the amount you paid for, as long as the profile or post stays public. Refunds, cancellations and how to request them are covered in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
The ReachZoo name, logo, website design, text and images belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without written permission. Any content you ask us to promote stays yours.
We work hard to deliver what you order, but our services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise any particular result, such as more sales, more reach, or more followers beyond the package you bought, and we do not guarantee that the website will always be available or free of errors.
To the fullest extent the law allows, ReachZoo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data, or actions Instagram takes on an account. Our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded by law.
We may refuse, pause or cancel an order, or stop providing services, if we reasonably believe these Terms have been broken, a payment is fraudulent, or the request would cause harm. Where an order is cancelled for reasons not caused by you, any undelivered part is refunded under our Refund Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. The Terms published on the day you place an order apply to that order.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION TO BE CONFIRMED]. If a dispute comes up, please contact us first; most issues can be settled quickly by email. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
